About Us

Welcome to Bacaro Primo, an Italian-American restaurant in the heart of Crestwood, brought to you by the owners of Earl’s Premier.

Featuring a menu that is Italian-inspired but driven by Midwestern seasonality. An Italian wine list and amari program round out the experience in our modern, yet quaint dining room.

@bacaroprimo is one of those Italian gems Kansas City quietly does very right.
The ambiance is warm and cozy with a beautiful bar that immediately sets the tone. Even during Dry January, I was impressed by their thoughtful non alcoholic drink options, proving the experience doesn’t miss a beat.

Every dish delivered. The pizza was perfectly balanced, the meatballs rich and comforting, and the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti was classic, satisfying, and executed with care. And the tiramisu is non negotiable. Do not leave without trying it.

A must try for Italian food lovers and a place I truly can’t wait to return to 🇮🇹🍝🍮

Today is one of the most important days of the year for us.
It’s National Meatball Day.

Dine in or take a stack home and celebrate like a true Italian family.

House made.
Slow simmered.

Celebrate with lots of them.
Sun’s out. Oven’s hot. Lunch is handled.

Maybe even stretch lunch into the afternoon — that sounds like the best plan today
Here’s to another week of gathering, lingering, and enjoying the good stuff.
Looking forward to welcoming you in.
